NUTRITION PROGRAM

Meet with Registered Dietician, Tim, to optimally fuel your body to perform its best, every day. Get personalized guidance, support, education, coaching and much more with your monthly 30 minute session. To jump start your progress there is an additional session included in ignition process your first month.

TEAM RPM APP

Access the current training program (with your sport and season phase in mind) as well as sport specific bursts, targeted mobility, skills drills, 5 pillars of performance resources, and in depth work to focus on strengthening an area that might need some extra care (such as: ankle mobility, speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, power, strength, shoulder mobility, lower back care, etc.). Looking for something specific? No problem! Let us know and we’ll either direct you to where it already exists or build it!

WHO IS IT FOR?

This membership is an all-in-one solution for youth athletes of all sports to elevate their game and optimize their performance. With individualized attention in a small group setting Team RPM athletes are sure to crush the competition.

ABOUT

More than just a gym membership, Team RPM is a high performance training system built around you, the athlete. Daily training blocks, performance advising, full nutrition support, personalized app for strength and conditioning program with sport specific work and the 5 pillars of performance resources and guided exercises, and more for this all-in-one program.

TRAINING BLOCK CLASSES

60 minute class consisting of mobility, activation, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness), strength, conditioning and sport specific bursts tailored to seasonal program needs. Training starts before the block with arriving 5-15 minutes early for foam rolling with state of the art HyperIce equipment. Then, finish off your training block by kicking up your feet to increase your recovery using the Normatec boots.

FUEL CREDIT

Enjoy 1 fuel credit per training block with your choice of organic milk or Motive Pure electrolytes. Best part? You can change it up every visit!
