How do I update the payment method on file?

Fortunately it’s quick and easy to do! Open the RPM Athlete App (black logo), visit your profile wallet and update the payment method on file. That’s it!

I’m not receiving emails and would like to be.

Regardless if you’re enrolled in a membership or service, due to privacy agreements, you’ll need to select to opt into emails yourself. You can do so through the RPM Athlete App (black logo) by visiting your profile, click edit, and scroll down to the bottom to the Additional Info section where you’ll select “Email opt-in”.

How do I sign the liability waiver?

First, be sure to read the liability waiver terms. There is also a printed copy for you at the front desk or emailed upon your request to info@rpmathlete.com.

Next, in the RPM Athlete app, visit your profile, click edit, scroll to Additional Info section and select “I agree to the terms of the liability waiver” to the right of the screen. Once it’s selected it will prompt you to sign and click “Agree”.

How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

Email info@rpmathlete.com to suspend or cancel your account. Per the Team RPM contract there is a 30 day notice policy.

How do I book a 1:1 or 2:1 performance coaching session?

Using the RPM Athlete App (black logo), create a free account with an up to date payment method on file. Go To “Buy” tab, select service you plan to utilize and complete purchasing service product. Then go to “Book” tab and select the service you’d like to schedule (the same one you already purchased). This can be filtered by a specific coach you are looking to schedule with, or if you don’t have a preference you can train with any coach available at the desired time.
