SMALL GROUP TRAINING

FLEX SCHEDULING

  • Don’t let a busy schedule hold you back. Classes are offered M-F 5pm, 6pm, 7pm & SAT 12pm, 1pm. Choose when you train without being locked into 1 time slot and miss out. Consistency is key.

SMALL CLASS SIZE

  • Classes are capped at 4 athletes for you to get the attention & personalization you deserve. You’ll never be another face in the crowd.

DIFFERENT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

  • We believe in dials, not light switches. Year round training is what builds resiliency to make injuries a distant memory. We recommend training:

    • Off season 3-5x a week

    • In season 1-2x a week

RPM ATHLETE was created to solve one crucial problem: chronic injuries (aka aches and pains) that get in the way of people doing what they love- performing at the top of their game. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of individuals address the root cause of lingering aches, pains or not performing how they know they can.

Overuse (playing sport 6-7x a week) has become the new norm, leaving athletes not to prioritizing being proactive with strength & conditioning training to get stronger, faster, explosive, pliable and flexible. We teach athletes how to be SMARTER & maximize their performance potential.
