This is literally in our name Reps Powered by Mechanics and at the heart of every thing we do. We believe the bare minimum to training is injury prevention & safe practices which unfortunately aren’t always the norm.
Prevent overuse injuries by training more than (only) the same movements. We focus on building a strong foundation before loading. The best training isn’t always what looks coolest on Instagram.

RPM ATHLETE was created to solve one crucial problem: chronic injuries (aka aches and pains) that get in the way of people doing what they love- performing at the top of their game. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of individuals address the root cause of lingering aches, pains or not performing how they know they can.
Overuse (playing sport 6-7x a week) has become the new norm, leaving athletes not to prioritizing being proactive with strength & conditioning training to get stronger, faster, explosive, pliable and flexible. We teach athletes how to be SMARTER & maximize their performance potential.
